Applicants must be available to attend the photoshoot at Novotel Christchurch Airport on Monday 20 July 2026.

The confirmed photoshoot timing will be advised to selected participants approximately two weeks prior to the photoshoot.

The photoshoot is expected to run for up to four hours. Selected participants must be available for the full required time period.

All applicants must complete the official application form to be considered.

Submitting an application does not guarantee selection.

Novotel Christchurch Airport may contact applicants for further information if required.

Applicants must ensure all information provided in their application is true and correct.

Novotel Christchurch Airport’s decision is final, and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into regarding the final selection.

Selected participants will be contacted directly using the details provided in their application.

Selected participants are responsible for arranging their own transport to and from Novotel Christchurch Airport.

Free parking will be provided for selected participants during the photoshoot.

Meals and non-alcoholic drinks will be provided during the photoshoot period.

Applicants must advise Novotel Christchurch Airport of any dietary requirements or allergies as part of the application process.

Selected participants will be required to sign a talent release form before taking part in the photoshoot.

By signing the talent release form, participants agree that images, video footage, and other content captured during the photoshoot may be used by Novotel Christchurch Airport, Hind Management, Accor, and approved marketing partners for promotional, advertising, social media, website, print, digital, and other marketing purposes.

No further payment, approval, or consent will be required once the talent release form has been signed.

Any participant who does not sign the talent release form will not be able to take part in the photoshoot.

Each selected participant who attends and completes the photoshoot will receive a $100 Food Exchange food and beverage voucher.

The voucher is not transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be used for any other purpose.

The voucher will be subject to the standard voucher conditions of Food Exchange Restaurant & Bar.

The voucher will be provided after completion of the photoshoot.

Novotel Christchurch Airport reserves the right to change, cancel, postpone, or reschedule the photoshoot if required.

If the photoshoot timing changes, selected participants will be advised as soon as reasonably possible.

Novotel Christchurch Airport will not be responsible for any costs incurred by applicants or selected participants, including transport or personal expenses.

Selected participants will be expected to arrive on time, follow reasonable instructions from the photoshoot team, and conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner.

Participants may be asked to take part in a range of staged photography or filming scenarios within the hotel, restaurant, bar, public areas, or other approved locations.

Novotel Christchurch Airport reserves the right to remove any participant from the photoshoot if their behaviour is unsafe, inappropriate, disruptive, or does not align with the requirements of the shoot.

Selected participants must follow all reasonable health and safety instructions while on site.

Applicants are encouraged to advise Novotel Christchurch Airport of any accessibility requirements in their application so that reasonable support can be considered where possible.

Personal information collected through the application process will be used for the purpose of reviewing applications, contacting applicants, selecting participants, and managing the photoshoot.

Information will only be used in relation to this photoshoot unless the applicant has separately agreed to receive further communications.

Applicant details will not be sold or shared with unrelated third parties.

By submitting an application, applicants confirm that they do not have any criminal convictions that they are legally required to disclose and that may reasonably affect their suitability to participate in a public hotel photoshoot.

Applicants are not required to disclose any convictions that they are lawfully entitled to withhold under the Criminal Records (Clean Slate) Act 2004.

Novotel Christchurch Airport reserves the right to consider any relevant disclosed information when assessing an applicant’s suitability for participation in the photoshoot.

Any information provided will be treated confidentially and used only for the purpose of assessing suitability for participation in the photoshoot.

By submitting an application, applicants confirm they have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions.

Selected participants also acknowledge that participation is conditional on signing the required talent release form before the photoshoot begins.
